iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ Review
iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ is a decent high quality all-around iSUP that, even though can carry weight up to 370 pounds, is more suitable for smaller paddlers due to its design (short). Otherwise it’s got a relatively sporty design for an all-around, I must add, has a supportive brand behind it providing customer support and a warranty for the board.
iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ inflatable stand up paddle board has seen improvements. If this isn’t worth the price I don’t know what is.

Quick Overview For The Hasty
The iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ iSUP measures 10′ x 32″ x 6″ (length x width x thickness), weighs 24 pounds, and has a weight capacity of 370 pounds. The board is more suitable for paddlers less than 5’10” tall. The package comes with everything you need to get on the water.
Who is this for? Both beginner and experienced riders up to 370 lbs – ideally for riders less than 5’10” tall – who are interested in many different SUP disciplines to a moderate degree with just one board, from river riding to doing yoga (inbetween, there’s flatwater, some surfing smaller waves, fishing, some touring, etc).
How’s the performance? I’d say it’s stable enough and maneuvers well. For an all-around iSUP board, it’s got moderate speed.
So, overall, the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ iSUP board has or is:
- Portable (in a backpack)
- Military grade durability
- Great stablility
- Extremely rigid
- Glides well in the water
- ideally for riders less than 5’10” tall
- 3-fin setup – (1) toolless flip lock main fin, (2) fixed sidefins
- 6 D-rings with bungee storage area and safety handles at nose
- 4 D-rings in the middle for potential SUP accessory items
- Comes with quality iRocker paddle, backpack, leash, repair kit and handpump
- 2 year warranty
Who And What Is iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ Designed For?
In summary, the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ is designed for:
- who: beginner and experienced riders weighing up to 370 lbs who ideally are less than 5’10” tall;
- what: all-around (some riding smaller waves, flatwater paddling, fishing, yoga, river riding, etc).
Being 32 inches wide, 10 feet long, 6 inches thick with a narrower squash tail and 3 fins below, the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ is relatively stable and maneuverable and glides relatively well on the water. These attributes make it good for beginners, beginner larger paddlers and experienced paddlers alike who are into a little bit of everything, such as river riding, some ocean, some surfing, flatwater riding, doing yoga, fishing, etc.
However, as an all-around inflatable SUP board, naturally, it’s not for performance based SUP types like racing or full-out surfing.
How Does iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ Perform?
Generally speaking, iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ is:
- relatively stable
- with relatively okay speed
The width (32 inches) and thickness (6 inches) make the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ stable enough to have good time. The narrower squash tail reduces drag and so makes the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ glide well on the water, and its length allows to make turns decently enough as well.
How Have I Conducted This Review?
I’ve read dedicated reviews across the web, the small factual disclosures so as to fact check smaller details, but also customer reviews and their experiences with the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ iSUP in order to get a better understanding of this iRocker board.
I have gathered my findings and written them here in a structured way for you to get to know this iRocker board a little better. Ultimately, it’s also a way for me myself to learn about this sport.
Reminder: there is no inherently perfect board. Almost every board is very good at what they were built for, assuming its attributes match with its user’s pecularities like height, weight and experience.
Specs Of iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ When Inflated
|Weight Capacity (lbs)||370|
1 – type
iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ iSUP is an all-around board. As an all-around iSUP board, it can be used moderately for various SUP activities in various water conditions.
2 – construction
The iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ is INFLATABLE, which makes it extremely durable compared to a hardboard. Add to that the heat-welded seams and a six-inch quad-layer drop stitch military-grade core that the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ is made of and you get extra durability. It won’t crack nor scratch the way a solid board does. Because it’s inflatable, it can be deflated and packed in a backbag for carrying around, so it’s good for traveling for example.
3 – lenght
iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ iSUP board’s length is 10 feet. Typically, all-around boards range from 10 to 12 feet in length.
4 – width
At its widest point, the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ inflatable stand up paddle board is 32 inches wide. Typically, all-around boards range from 30 to 34 inches in width at their widest point. Width dictates how stable the board is side-to-side.
5 – thickness
iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ inflatable SUP board is 6 inches thick. Typically, inflatable boards are 4 to 6 inches thick. Thicker boards feel stiffer and more stable than thinner boards.
6 – tail width
The tail width of this iSUP board is 16 inches. It’s kind of a squash’i tail (almost like a square tail with rounded corners) which helps bring more stability to the board.
7 – weight
iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ weighs 24 pounds. If you deflated this iRocker board and put it in the backpack that was fully loaded, you’d get the iRocker package to weigh 38 pounds (more about the iRocker backpack in a corresponding section somewhere below).
8 – weight capacity
When it comes to weight capacity, it’s 370 pounds. It’s enough to carry quite a bit with you on this iRocker board when riding.
9 – volume
The volume of iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ is 221 liters (L). It’s a reference point for determining optimal performance, which for all-around boards is at around 2x your weight (in kilograms), but it can be lower or, for example, up to 3x your body weight, too, and you’ll still be fine. So if you weighed 243,1 pounds: 243,1 / 2.2 = 110,5 (kg), the optimal volume would be 110,5 (kg) x 2 = 221 (L), and you’d be golden.
iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ iSUP is 35 inches wide and 12 inches in diameter when deflated.
What is iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ Made Of?
Much like all iRocker boards, this one’s made the same:
- quad (4) layer military grade drop stitch material (PVC)
iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ inflatable stand up paddle board is made of quad (4) layer military grade drop stitch material, which makes this iRocker board tough. No dent, ding, or drop will damage this iRocker board. Though if you stabbed it with a knife, then maybe it won’t be all that tough after that, but what are the chances of something like that happening in the first place?
What is PVC? PVC material (link opens in a new tab).
What Are The Features Of the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ Board?
The iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ inflatable stand up paddle board comes in just 2 different color codes: blue / white stripes, sea foam / white stripes.
Apart from colors, the features of this iRocker board are the following:
- 6 D-rings with cargo storage bungee on the nose
- Safety handles
- 4 D-rings on the sides in the middle
- Carry handle
- Crocodile textured diamond groove deck pad
- Inflation valve
- 1 D-ring for ankle leash
- 3 fins
1 – nose D-rings (6) and bungee net
Located at the nose of the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′, there are 6 D-rings to which the bungee net and safety handles are attached to by default. You can store you paddle under it were you to do yoga for example, but other stuff can be placed there too, such as a specialized drybag for storing extra clothing, phone and whatnot.
2 – safety handles
There are safety handles on each side at the nose of the board for passengers to hold onto when riding along this iRocker board.
3 – D-rings (4)
In the middle of the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ iSUP, on the sides to be more specific, you’ll find 4 D-rings to which you can attach all sorts of SUP accesories. For example, the optional iRocker shoulder carry straps for carrying the iSUP board more conveniently, the kayak seat or some other type of accessory, such as a fishing storage tank you can even sit on while fishing.
4 – carry handle
In the very middle, almost, there’s a carry handle. It can’t be removed, it’s fixed there. It’s made of material that doesn’t tear you hand when you carry this iSUP board by holding onto it. You can, of course, use shoulder carry straps instead to carry the board more conveniently, but that’s ought to be bought separately from the main iRocker package, if you needed it.
5 – deck pad
The iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ has a nice looking crocodile textured diamond groove deck pad you can stand on while riding, which is soft enough to do yoga on. Also, the deck pad doesn’t get too hot when under the sun.
6 – inflation valve
As with all inflatable stand up paddle boards, the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ has an inflation valve too. It’s located at the back (rear) of the board. This is where you can inflate the iSUP using the pump that comes with the purchase. A full inflate takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the optimal air pressure (15 PSI). At about 7 PSI you might feel like it’s already full, but it’s not, so keep pumping. The air pressure can go up to 23 PSI, but they say 15 PSI is all you need.
7 – rear D-ring for ankle leash
The final D-ring at the very back of iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ is for the leash which connects you with the board. Were you to fall on the moving water, the board won’t just drift away from you thanks to the leash and you can catch up to it.
8 – 3 fins
Turn this iRocker iSUP around and you’ll find 3 fins. The two sidefins are fixed, but the middle one is not. The bigger one in the middle can be detached and installed without the need of any tools thanks to the flip lock system.
What Else Is Included With iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ Inflatable SUP Board?
When buying iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ iSUP, you’ll get this iRocker board with one of the 2 colors of your choosing (blue and sea foam, both with white stripes).
Aside from the iRocker board with its color, included in the package are the iRocker:
- backpack carry bag,
- repair kit.
Additionally, offered separately for extra cost are the iRocker:
- kayak seat,
- kayak paddle blade attachment.
Let’s break it down, starting with the accessories included with the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ package purchase and ending with non-essentials not included with the purchase, acquired separately from the main package.
The high quality iRocker paddle floats, has a convenient rubber grip, is adjustable from 72 to 86 inches and can be broken down to 3 pieces for conveniently storing in the backpack. The iRocker paddle is made of fiberglass – it’s lightweight and inexpensive, comparable to a wooden paddle. Notice how the edges are enforced for more durability. The upgrade next in line would be a carbon based paddle, but that would cost 2 or 3 times as much and for an all-around board you might not need an expensive one anyway, fiberglass is good enough. So yeah: that’ll do, fib, that’ll do.
The iRocker coil leash is included with the purchase (the package). Its one end straps around your ankle while the other end can be attached to the board.
Backpack carry bag
Built with quality materials and for traveling, this iRocker backpack is big enough to fit everything – the iRocker board, paddle, pump, leash – and a little more, such as change of clothes, towels, bottles, etc. The inner side of the bag has 2 adjustable straps to tighten and secure the contents from bouncing around inside. There’s also an extra handle on the side of bag, yet another way to carry the bag is always a plus. When fully loaded, it’s reported to be about 3 feet tall, 16 inches wide and 18 inches deep, weighing 38 pounds.
It’s a triple-action handpump that you can switch to single and dual action once you reach higher pressures in order to make pumping easier. This iRocker handpump comes with an integrated pressure gauge located on the very top, so that you can get the air pressure right. The optimal air pressure is 14-15 PSI, the board can hold up to 23 PSI. It takes about 5 to 15 minutes to inflate, 3 to 10 min to deflate and roll up.
Buying the board comes with an inflatable SUP repair kit. The kit is inside an orange cylinder plastic container with a screwed lid on top. Inside, you’ll find a valve wrench and 3 PVC patches.
Kayak bundle, seat and paddle blade (bought separately)
You can turn your iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ iSUP into a kayak… kind of. The attachable kayak seat comes with a storage pouch at the back of it. The 4 D-rings located at the side in the center of the board can be used to attach this seat to the board. The blade can be attached onto the iRocker paddle, replacing the grip section of the paddle.
So Is iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ For You?
Do you happen to be less than 5’10” tall, weigh less than 370 lbs AND look for an all-around board? If so, consider getting this one. The iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ package consists of quality items that allow you to go straight to paddling and all that at a really affordable price point.
However, if you happen to be taller than that, the iRocker ALL-AROUND 11′ package (links to a review post & opens in a new tab) with a slightly larger board might be the right one for you. But if you also weigh a little too close to 370 lbs, then the iRocker CRUISER 10’6″ board package (links to a review post & opens in a new tab) might be suitable for you instead.
Or if you want a better overview, check out this iRocker SUP Reviews post (link opens in a new tab).
Given how many boards there are to choose from, picking just one can be a daunting task. Just know that almost all the brands fight real hard for you to choose them over their competitors, so that makes almost all the boards of high quality already. If this here, the iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′, is within your ballpark, you’ll probably have a hard time finding a better one at this price point, rather you’ll find an equal (slightly better in some small aspects, slightly worse in some other small aspects). We’re at an age where stuff like better customer service makes one prduct better than another, unless you fall for a scam (which no respectable brand wants to be associated with).
Where To Buy iRocker ALL-AROUND 10′ iSUP Package?
Best way to buy stand up paddle boards would be from physical shops. That way you could gain much needed info, advice and tips from the enthusiastic sellers there (assuming they were enthusiastic…).
